Gun Powder Grinds Coffee is a small-batch specialty coffee company founded by an active law enforcement officer who understands firsthand what long, demanding shifts require.

I've worked 8-, 16-, and 24-hour shifts where staying alert isn't optional — it's critical. Throughout my career, I've served alongside professionals in law enforcement, EMS, fire services, and blue-collar industries. Across every role and every shift, one thing stayed the same: most coffee wasn't built for the way we actually work.

Too weak. Too inconsistent. Heavy on marketing, light on performance.
