Bali Blue comes from smallholder farmers in Kintamani who hand-pick their coffee cherries and process them using the traditional wet-hulled method. Grown in volcanic loam soil at high altitudes and dried on raised beds, these beans develop the rich, complex flavors that make Indonesian coffee so distinctive. We roast them in small batches to a medium-dark profile that brings out the chocolate, molasses, and brown sugar notes.
