Brazil Santos coffee comes from select farms in Parana and Sao Paulo, where Catuai and Mundo Novo beans are grown in volcanic loam soil. The coffee is processed using the pulped natural method and dried in the sun, creating the smooth, sweet character that makes Brazilian coffee so beloved. We roast it in small batches to a perfect medium, bringing out the elegant cocoa notes and silky body.
