Our Colombia coffee comes from smallholder farmers in Medellin who take pride in their craft. The coffee is fully washed and dried in solar dryers to protect it from rain, ensuring clean, consistent flavor. Grown at high altitudes in volcanic loam soil, these beans develop the bright, fruity notes and chocolate undertones that make Colombian coffee so beloved. We roast them in small batches to a perfect medium, preserving the delicate flavors.
