Our coffee comes from smallholder farmers who hand-pick their cherries and process them using traditional methods—fully washed and sun-dried for clean, bright flavor. The combination of high altitude, volcanic soil, and careful processing creates the dark chocolate, fruit, and butterscotch notes that make this coffee exceptional. We roast it in small batches to a perfect medium, preserving the complex flavors.
