Our Honduras coffee comes from Cafe Organics Marcala, a cooperative of 1500 growers committed to organic farming and quality. The coffee is fully washed and sun-dried, then carefully sorted to ensure only the best beans make it to your cup. Grown at high altitudes in nutrient-rich clay mineral soil, these Bourbon, Catuai, Caturra, Lempira, and Typica beans develop the caramel, spice, and brown sugar notes that make Honduran coffee so beloved. We roast them in small batches to a medium-dark profile that brings out the richness.
