Our Peru coffee comes from Cooperativa Agricola de Servicios Norandino, where smallholder farmers work together to produce exceptional coffee. The beans are gully washed and dried in the sun, preserving the clean, sweet flavors. Grown at high altitudes in clay mineral soil, these Caturra, Bourbon, Catuai, Pache, and Catimor beans develop the salted caramel, silky sweetness, and citrus notes that make Peruvian coffee so beloved. We roast them in small batches to a perfect medium, highlighting the natural sweetness.
