By using the Swiss Water Process—a chemical-free decaffeination method—we preserve the natural caramel, smooth sweetness, and citrus notes that make Peruvian coffee so special. The beans are gully washed, sun-dried, and then carefully decaffeinated before being roasted in small batches to a perfect medium. The result is decaf that actually tastes like great coffee.
