Processed with Traditional Methods
Our Sumatra coffee is processed using the traditional Giling Basah (wet-hulling) method, which creates the distinctive earthy, full-bodied character that Sumatran coffee is famous for. Grown by cooperative farmers at high altitudes in volcanic loam soil, these Tim Tim, Typica, Ateng, Onan Ganjang, and Jember beans develop the dark chocolate, dried fruit, and earthy notes that make this coffee so special. The result is a cup with medium acidity, syrupy body, and a long lingering finish.
Perfect for: French press, drip coffee, or anytime you want a full-bodied cup with earthy complexity.
Roasted for hardworking people. Fuel for veterans, first responders, and everyone on the grind.
