The coffee is fully washed and dried on raised beds, preserving the bright, floral flavors. These Bourbon and Kent beans develop the pear, jasmine, and strawberry notes that make Tanzanian coffee so special. We roast them to a medium-light profile, highlighting the delicate, elegant character.
