Uganda coffee is grown by smallholder farmers on the slopes of Mount Elgon in Sipi, Kapchorwa District. The coffee is fully washed and sun-dried, preserving the delicate floral and fruity flavors. These Bourbon, SL14, SL28, and Blue Mountain varieties, grown at extremely high altitudes, develop the floral, chocolate, and dark fruit notes that make Ugandan coffee so special. The result is a cup with mild acidity, light body, and exceptional elegance.
